Here at Auto Plex Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates, and everyone who enters our center to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few steps we are taking:
  • Our teammates will respect your space and warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand-washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand-washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our center at a future date, stay home, and seek advice from your healthcare provider.

​We handle everything for you, from filing the claim, handling of the transfer of information to the insurance adjuster, to setting up the rental vehicle for delivery and drop off at our location.

Rental Assistance​

​We have teamed up with Hertz and Enterprise Rental fleets in order to have your rental ready for you to drive away on your repair appointment day. You will be able to return your rental back at our location upon the completion of your vehicles repair.

The Process

2. Drop off checklist
  1. Insurance:  Bring insurance information and paperwork, including any checks you have already received. We will work directly with your insurance carrier for any supplemental monies needed to complete the vehicle repairs.
  2. Deductible:  In some cases your deductible will be required up front before your repairs begin.
  3. Belongings:  Although we have the most confidence in our team, please remove any personal belongings from your car. We will not be responsible for items left in the car.​
3. Pickup your vehicle
You will be kept informed via text message or by phone as your vehicle goes through it's makeover.
​Deductible’s will be collected before the vehicle is released and any insurance funds that you might have received must be signed over to complete full payment of the final invoice.
